Preparation time 30 minutes, low difficulty
- Cut the mushrooms into 1 cm thick slices. Wash and dry the parsley.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. Mix the corn flour with the grated parmesan and the finely chopped parsley.
- Dip the mushrooms in the beaten egg and then in the flour mix.
- Fry few mushroom slices at a time in plenty of oil. When they are golden brown, remove them from the pan with a slotted spoon. Let them drain on kitchen paper, season with a pinch of salt and serve hot.
